Order Online

To place an order for items on the website, or any customized orders:

• 1) Email us at thedreamingbear@gmail.com, with the word "ORDER" in the subject line.
• 2) Include item number, quantity, and brief description. If you would like something customized (a different color, pattern, etc), please be as descriptive as possible, and remember that these orders may take a little longer to fulfill.
• 3) Also include your method of payment. We accept personal checks, money orders, MasterCard and Visa. For credit card orders we need the card number and expiration date (via phone or email [unsecured]). Please keep in mind that orders paid by personal check will be held up to seven business days, to ensure the payment clears.
• 4) Lastly, please include your shipping address and a phone number (very important). The carrier we use will depend on the size of your order. Most likely, it will be shipped UPS Ground, or USPS.

You will receive a follow up email from us, confirming your order, and giving you details on when the item will ship, as well as your total bill with shipping. Thanks for shopping with Dreaming Bear Designs!!
